By accessing the Surplus Lines Information Portal (SLIP) website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access this website. The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) reserves the right to change these terms of use, and any continued use of this website constitutes agreement to any such changes.

The SLIP website is provided for NJDOBI licensed surplus lines producers, eligible surplus lines insurers, insureds and their representatives for the purposes of submitting and reviewing surplus lines policy data as required by N.J.S.A 17:22-6.40 et. seq. Authorized users may only print, copy, and download information that is relative to their submissions.

Unauthorized access to or use of the SLIP website or any NJDOBI site / service is strictly prohibited.
